PROJECT MANAGEMENT

From the initial planning to final installation, we work closely with your project team and H/B’s installation crew to create and sustain your workplace strategy. An H/B project manager will carefully manage all the interrelated activities related to your project including: price/budgeting, planning/scheduling, job site coordination, quality control, punchlists and ongoing support. Z-AXIS
With Herman Miller’s Z-Axis software we can help you lay out your future office space. This tool helps you understand and visualize layout designs and furniture systems. You can spin, zoom and pan through 3D images to see exactly how your workstations will look in your office from all angles. As you pick components, fabrics and finishes, Z-Axis keeps a running total of options and prices to show the impact of change on your furniture budget. It also increases clarity and communication between the entire team.
FLOORING SERVICES
We provide a wide spectrum of innovative and cost effective flooring solutions for corporate, retail, healthcare, government, educational and public facilities. Our partnership with InterfaceFLOR and other leading manufacturers means we offer a wide variety of carpet, carpet tile and resilient flooring. Additional services include workstation lift systems, removal of old product, disposal and/or recycling of old product, sub-floor preparation and materials handling. WAREHOUSING
Proper product delivery and installation are critical to meeting your project schedules and processes. With our warehouse facility, Henriksen/Butler is ready to receive your order. We can inspect, verify, de-trash, store and stage deliveries before the product is installed in your office. Because we truly care about the outcome of your project and your complete satisfaction, we can also help process damage reports or file freight claims.
DELIVERY & INSTALLATION

Henriksen/Butler Services (HBS) manages delivery and installation projects for Henriksen/Butler. This seasoned team of installers work closely with H/B project managers to ensure the product is set up the way you want it, when you want it. When additional forces are needed, the crew we bring in has a vested interest in the success of the project.

We’ve learned our installers are often what clients remember most about their H/B experience. We place strong emphasis on product and installation training. It simply translates into more timely and efficient furniture installation. That’s why we provide ongoing field training in layout, print reading, final walk through and punch list inspection.

We have the capability to help you coordinate and rent high quality, brand name office and home furniture to breathe new life into your work environment.
CLEANING SERVICES & PRODUCT REFURBISHMENT
It doesn’t take much to give new life to your workstations and facility. H/B can clean panels, upholstery and carpet at your site without any disassembly. Torn upholstery or cracked wood? We can take old or damaged furniture (no matter where it came from) and make it look like new again. In many cases, we can refurbish existing pieces to fit into a new design scheme. In addition to refinishing desks, tables and case goods, we can also reupholster your systems furniture or custom cut or modify your existing work surfaces to increase the life of or change the aesthetics of your existing office furniture.
